Enrollment and Registration:

• To enroll in Flawing-Dance classes, you must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Payment of fees is required to secure your enrollment in a class. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Class Participation:

• Participants must adhere to the class schedule and arrive punctually for classes.
• Participants are expected to dress appropriately for dance classes and follow the instructions of instructors for a safe and productive learning environment.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Any disruptive behavior or violation of class rules may result in dismissal from the class without refund.

Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate in dance classes.
• Flawing-Dance is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during dance classes, except in cases of negligence on our part.

Intellectual Property:

• All class materials, choreography, and instructional content provided by Flawing-Dance are the intellectual property of Flawing-Dance and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Changes and Cancellations:

• Flawing-Dance reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
• In the event of a class cancellation by Flawing-Dance, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit towards future classes, as determined by our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability:

Flawing-Dance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from class participation or use of our services.
